    Strengthen & Stretch with Slow Flow Yoga

    Gentle yoga session that combines breathing and flowing postures. The focus is on proper alignment and balance. Each practice includes breathing techniques, balance poses, deep stretches, affirmations and a final relaxation pose. All levels welcome but some familiarity with yoga poses may be helpful.

    Helpful yoga props if available: Yoga mat, 2 blocks, foam wedge if wrists are sensitive, knee pad or blanket, lightweights

      How to participate

      Find a quiet space for the class.
      Bring any questions you have with you.
