Welcome to GetSetUp’s fitness countdown to the new year! With a regimen that has balance, strength training, flexibility and aerobic classes, we want you to GetSetUp for 2022.
This is a replay of the early morning fitness classes led by Stacy Robinson for all of you on the west coast and anyone who may not be able to attend the live class.
This class combines strength training and gentle cardio moves implementing all the various techniques taught throughout the week. The format is timed circuits and lots of fun. As an added bonus, you’ll be challenged to remember the order of the exercises as circuits are repeated, activating the brain!
Lightweights are recommended for this class.
