Welcome to GetSetUp’s fitness countdown to the new year! With a regimen that has balance, strength training, flexibility and aerobic classes, we want you to GetSetUp for 2022.
This is a replay of the early morning fitness classes led by Stacy Robinson for all of you on the west coast and anyone who may not be able to attend the live class.
The core is the center of all our movements and has to be strong to support daily activities. Using only a chair and your own body weight, you’ll exercise along with exercise coach, Stacy, as she shows you some basic exercises to strengthen the muscles of your core.
