Power Yoga is an athletic meditation in motion. It is both a physical and mental exercise. It encompasses all components of fitness... strength, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility, balance, and endurance. This full-body workout burns more calories than in a traditional yoga class to help with weight loss and toning. Some previous practice of yoga is recommended.
Helpful yoga props: Yoga mat, 2 blocks, foam wedge if wrists are sensitive, knee pad or blanket, light weights if desired
