Welcome to GetSetUp’s fitness countdown to the new year! With a regimen that has balance, strength training, flexibility, and aerobic classes, we want you to GetSetUp for 2022.
“Standing on your feet” is synonymous with being independent but can it be possible if our knees are not strong enough. With age and due to many other factors, we can have restricted knee mobility among other issues. In this session, we will practice some yoga for strengthening knee muscles that can help in increasing mobility and flexibility of knee joints as well.
