Balance is of great concern as we age, want to live independently and avoid falls. In this class we’ll cover some basic exercises you can do to improve your balance and flexibility. Using a chair for light support, follow along as exercise coach, Stacy, guides you through some simple exercises, strengthening the muscles we use for balance and assessing areas where your balance can use some improvement.
