Come and join our group as we discuss ways to stay fit and trim and even lose weight. We will share ideas on motivation, goal setting, food, exercise, websites and other ways to stay fit and trim while on our Health Journey.

Find a quiet space for the class.
Bring any questions you have with you.
Make sure your internet is working and you can open your browser.
Plan to join the class early and use the chat feature to interact with other particpants.
