Asthma is a long-term inflammatory disease of the airways of the lungs, characterized by variable and recurring symptoms, reversible airflow obstruction, and bronchospasms. Pollen, dust mites, mold spores, and pet dander may act as triggers of asthma. Narrow airways are usually blocked with mucus making it difficult to breathe freely.
In this session, we will learn more about Asthma and the related concerns. Additionally, perform some of the exercises like pranayamas to potentially alleviate some symptoms.
