    Hips Don’t Lie – Hip movement and exercise class with Natalie W.

    Why hips don’t lie?  Well, they’re important for the mobility of the entire body.  If something in the body doesn’t work optimally, you can bet that other body parts will be affected because of it. 

    A lot of us sit for a big part of the day and mostly on a chair of some description.  When we don’t let our hips move in ways other than chair sitting, the body may decide that that’s about as far as they will? Let’s give the body the movement it deserves and craves.

    Please bring a mat of some description and you may also want some cushions or something else to help you bolster yourself into a seated position on the floor

    What we will cover

    • We will explore simple ways we can move our hips
    • How does your body feel when you explore different ways to move?
    • Can you sit on the floor or is this something you would not even consider?


    How to participate

    Find a quiet space for the class.
    Bring any questions you have with you.
    Make sure your internet is working and you can open your browser.
    Plan to join the class 5 minutes before it starts.
