Current research indicates that we need to remain mentally active in order to keep mental decline at bay. To help our learners stay mentally fit, we have put together a special series of classes that will include recordings of our most popular classes in this arena. One example of the classes we’ll replay for you is “Optimal Brain Health to Minimize Dementia”. We’ll include fun classes, like “Rekindle Your Love for Singing - 'Soor Niragas Ho' (Hinglish)”, and “Games Night with Sue”, as well as “Natural Remedies”, which can increase our knowledge of our own wholistic health options. The classes we replay in this series will change every week.
