There are five simple principles for living life happily. These particular five Principles are also known as the Five Principles of Reiki. These were first declared by a Japanese Emperor for his subjects and later revived again by the modern founder of Reiki.
These Five Principles are :
1. Attitude of Gratitude
2. Attitude of Peace and Calm (do not get angry)
3. Attitude of Faith and Trust (do not worry)
4. Love and Respect All
5. Work Honestly.
