Feet and Balance is a movement class suitable for all abilities.
Our feet are such an important part of our lives. Our feet are the support for our entire body when we are upright. They’re our base, our foundation and most of us have two of them.
Balance is something we can take for granted until it becomes an issue. We may notice that we are not too steady on our feet any more and walking on uneven surfaces becomes a challenge.
This class aims to help bring awareness to how we experience life with feet and what we can do to help wake them up from a continuous ‘diet’ of flat and hard surfaces.
