    Ready to wind down from the day? Join this session to help begin de-stressing before bedtime. The session is designed to encourage disentanglement from daily stressors. We'll share our days and tips for destressing and then close with a short story or poetry reading.

      Find a quiet space for the class.
      Bring any questions you have with you.
