Balance is something we can take for granted until it becomes an issue. We may notice that we are not too steady on our feet any more and walking on uneven surfaces becomes a challenge. Why is this so?
Balance is determined by three main factors:
Working with all three aspects helps us achieve a better sense of balance in all things that we do. Starting with the feet, we can get some great feedback. This is sent throughout the whole body to let us know how we are moving, and what we need to do to keep moving or keep still for that matter.
