    A Pilgrimage in Italy: the Way of St. Francis

    The Way of St. Francis is a 500k (300 mile) pilgrimage path in Italy, from Florence to Rome, through the beautiful Umbrian highlands, the backbone of the Italian Penninsula Full of awe-inspiring hilltop towns, walled cities, verdant forests, and medieval monasteries, its halfway point is Assisi, the home of St. Francis.
