Welcome to the 21 Days of Journaling Challenge! We want you to take out time during these 21 days to join us in the practice of writing your thoughts, stories and memories. A form of self care, taking the time out to journal everyday has various positive benefits. Each day, we explore a new topic to write about and unlock more journaling skills as we go along.
